  So what does a sous chef actually do? Is that the cooks that make a very very small meal, make it look extravagent, then sell it for mad amounts of cash?

  well right now its not, its sunny and around 45...but man the last couple days have been awful...however, last weekend it got up to about 65. I was able to get some hiking and climbing in.:)
